New to the Commons: The Galt Museum & Archives

Posted by Stephanie Fysh in News

A big welcome to the Commons to the Galt Museum & Archives!

From the city of Lethbridge in southwestern Alberta, where the Canadian prairie starts thinking about the mountains, the Galt Museum & Archives brings to Flickr’s Commons a wealth of regional industry, history, and people; a healthy dose of Canadian, including the precursors to the Mounties; a good sense of humour (with a u); and their own staff favourites. (If you go hunting, you’ll find hockey and beer, too, just in time for the new season!)

Check out the Galt Museum in the Commons, and before you know it you too will be “Alberta Bound.”
